My mother is legally blind and, for that reason, I make this affidavit to induce the Building Inspector, Town of Southold, to issue a Certificate of Pre-Existing Use for these premises, knowing he relies on the truth hereof. My mother is selling the premises to Stella Radford. Since the date of the aforesaid survey when my parents bought this property, there have been no alterations or additions to the improvements thereon.
